Like so many of you, I spent years searching for something that actually worked- something made for the hormonal swings, the fatigue, the mood shifts no one took seriously. Everything out there felt generic. Clinical. Not made for me.

I have only been using Iris for about 1 month but am already very pleased! Flavors are great-favorite is the blood orange! Flavors are light and don’t taste artificial. Love having an electrolyte packet that doesn’t taste like I just mixed salt into my water. Ingredients that really benefit women. So far have noticed improvement in digestion and improved energy/mood. I am excited to see how this may benefit my cycles. I truly look forward to drinking this every morning.
